its location was nice and absolutely perfect, near the bradu ski slope, and in a ski area. there were a balcony and a seating area in the room, loved that. the staff was all very helpful.

Modern hotel, dedicated staff and great food. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped room with nice beds, nice view as expected. Perfect location right next to the gondola. Also - right by mountains close to hiking trails, hiking trails and skiing facilities and the Bradu ski slope🙂

The rooms were newly remodelled and large with required things, like central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk. The location was good and beautiful, in front of a lush forest and a forest.

The room was quiet, luxury, it had a balcony and a sitting area. The beds were big, view over the wall was beautiful! The location was absolutely perfect, near the Bradu ski slope, in the ski area.

The food was excellent, and the staff were polite and courteous, with a great location near the Bradul slope.

Only one small thing could improve the breakfast experience: it would be better if there were fewer kids running around and screaming.

I loved the location of this hotel, surrounded by trees and away from any noisy distractions. The recently refurbished rooms had a beautiful and cozy design, with a wooden ceiling and mountain-themed furnishings. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and polite, giving us a free upgrade and allowing us a late checkout. The pool was spacious and perfect for relaxation, and I especially enjoyed the warm water despite the cool temperatures outside. it was a very pleasant surprise and I had a relaxing stay.

The hotel allows smoking in certain areas, which resulted in cigarette smoke coming into my room from neighboring guests. Despite reporting this to the reception, they were unable to resolve the issue.

Located just next to the ski slopes, this hotel has a prime location for skiing enthusiasts. the rooms have a comfortable and large bed and are newly refurbished with a nice touch of wood. Guests can enjoy the big pool and facilities of the attached Sport Hotel.

Some guests complained about the long and unheated passageway connecting the two hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana Hotels in Poiana Brasov. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast served at the neighboring hotel, Sportul, was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and has friendly staff that offered assistance with luggage. the rooms were clean and had balconies with great views. the hotel also offered a club for kids and many activities during the stay.

The food prices at the hotel were a bit high and the quality of the food was average. the rooms lacked some basic amenities like robes and coffee machines.

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the location was perfect for skiing , the parking was free and easy! The hotel facilities were clean and modern and the breakfast was delicious.

Nothing is perfect.

The hotel's location is great, right on the edge of a forest. It offers access to a cable car that will take you up a mountain. The room was cozy and had a new look, the lighting was nice, and we were able to sleep well due to the good quality shades. , breakfast was good.

There was no bathrobe available in the room for guests who wanted to access the spa--the locker room could be used for changing, but a bathrobe would have been nice. The pool and jacuzzi temperature was not warm enough to really enjoy.
